Chess sibling across yet another milestone

Divi Bijesh became champion in chess in school – under 8 Kerala State championship 2023 and got selected to represent Kerala in National  school  chess championship to be held in Bihar in 2024.

Devanath and Divi became champions in Trivandrum under 19 ‘che’ tournament curtain raiser event in the open boys and girls category.

‘Che’ is an international chess festivalbeing organised by Kerala govt in association with Cuba chess during Nov 16 – 20 in Trivandrum.Being the champions Devanth and Divi are selected as players in simultaneous chess game against either 2023 world cup – chess runner up G M Praggnananda on Kerala GM Nihal Serin
